License Restoration

A drunk driving conviction or other conviction impacting a driver’s license can significantly affect how an individual lives his or her life. A suspended or revoked license can prevent someone from getting to work, taking their kids to school and performing essential day-to-day activities.

At Damon, Ver Merris, Boyko & Witte, PLC, we represent individuals with revoked or suspended licenses. To speak with a dedicated attorney, call our law office at 616-975-9951 / 877-975-9951 or contact us online.

Suspended License Reinstatements

Our primary goal is always to seek full license reinstatement, so that our clients are able to keep driving and resume living a normal life. The process of obtaining a license through a review hearing with the Secretary of State should be handled with great care and preparation.

Our lawyers have years of experience helping individuals who have had licensing issues both in and outside of the State of Michigan. They have the skills needed to seek a reinstatement of your license regardless of the reason it has been suspended or revoked.

Restricted Driver’s Licenses

In many cases people are granted a restricted driver’s license prior to having their license reinstated. Please note, if your license has been revoked due to a DUI/OWI conviction, it is not automatically reinstated once you reach your eligibility date. A license reinstatement must be requested through the Driver’s License Appeal Division (DLAD) of the Michigan Secretary of State. Our attorneys can give you the edge you need to obtain a restricted driver’s license or reacquire your full driving privileges.
